Supporting the NSW Rural Fire Service and RRT during 2019 Bushfires
When NSW was gripped in one of the worst droughts in living memory and suffering from the terrible bushfires in late December 2019, Stratquip was honored to be chosen as part of the Rapid Relief Team’s Rapid Water System. Supplying pumps and associated accessories to rapidly pump water from an available source to a bulk water tanker, allowing the NSW Rural Fire Service to drastically shorten the refilling time for their water trucks, getting them back to the front lines much quicker.
Stratquip donated 3 x TF160/50 trailer pumps, mobile fuel storage, 2,000m of 6″ layflat hose, 6″ Standpipe and all associated fittings to help support our fire fighters during this record fire season.
